You can't delete contacts by uninstalling it because your contacts are saved on the MSN's server.
You can easily delete them by going to
www.msn.com
log on to HotMail service and press Contacts tab. Select all contacts and press delete. Simple!
it is that you could right click than look for delete than click ok
