Visit http://www.mess.be and download the "Mess patch" for your version of Windows Live Messenger. During the patch installation process you are given the option to select what you want the patch to do. Expand the list and select Remove Nudge Delay. In addition to unlimited nudges, you can also choose to remove advertisements, increase message sizes, hide certain buttons and much more.
